Scottish Minister Russell: Brexit deal to be defeated in parliament

On Monday, the Scottish constitution minister, Michael Russell, told the Joint Ministerial Committee (EU Negotiations), chaired by Cabinet Office Minister David Lidington, he believes the UK PM Theresa May’s Bexit deal will be defeated in the parliament.
